By placing an order through Paws & Claws Wonderland website you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you'd like to cancel your order, please do it within 24 hours upon placing your order. If your order has still yet to be sent out, you're eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a tracking number, unfortunately we wouldn't be able to cancel your order.
14 DAYS RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to our warehouse being located overseas, we only provide return for damaged and wrong products.
Return requests for orders received after 14 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 14 days have gone by since you've received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund, unless the items were wrongly sent.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
